Applies to the use of the Le Mare Ops app.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to the use of the Le Mare Ops app. By using the app, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Use of the App

The app allows users to participate in game sessions in combination with laser gun equipment. Use is only permitted with a valid account.

3. Account

  • - An account is required to use the app.
  • - Users are responsible for their own account.
  • - Misuse or sharing of accounts is not permitted.

4. Usage Rules

Users commit to safe and responsible use of the app. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • - Using the app on public roads or in traffic situations.
  • - Creating dangerous situations for yourself or others.
  • - Playing in unsafe or uncontrolled locations.
  • - Irresponsible handling of equipment such as laser guns.
  • - Using the app for illegal or misleading purposes.

Users must always make it clear to bystanders that a game is taking place.

5. Account Termination

Le Mare Ops reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block or delete accounts in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

Users can delete their own account at any time via the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including software, design and functionality, belong to Le Mare Ops.

The user receives only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

7. Liability

Use of the app is entirely at your own risk. Le Mare Ops is not liable for:

  • - Injury or damage incurred during play.
  • - Accidents or incidents caused by use of the app.
  • - Incorrect use of the app or equipment.
  • - Indirect damage, consequential damage or lost revenue.

Le Mare Ops does not guarantee that the app will always function without errors or interruptions.

8. Safety

The user is fully responsible for:

  • - Their own safety.
  • - The choice of play locations.
  • - Compliance with laws and regulations.

The app is intended solely for use in safe, controlled environments.

9. Apple App Store

  • - Apple is not a party to this agreement.
  • - Apple is not responsible for the operation or support of the app.
  • - All questions, complaints and claims should be directed to Le Mare Ops.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
